I convinced my parents that T-Tapp was what they needed to be doing when I started using it in June. My parents have been living in a motor home for the last 3 years. I knew my mom needed something that she could do in a small space. As I started experiencing freedom from pain, increased range of motion and loss of inches, she was getting interested. THEN I heard Trisch/BlessedMama rave about MORE and talked my parents into getting it.

My mom is 69 and has arthritis, fibromyalgia, issues with her feet, and a host of other things. She has been walking pretty faithfully for a while and that helps, but she often found herself "trapped" because of weather, parking situation, and the motor home.

She has been doing MORE since July or Aug, I think. My sister recently bought an old 1830s tavern/farmhouse that my parents will be living in. It is requiring a LOT of work and they aren't even able to stay there yet. Cleaning with bleach and water, painting using Killz and then regular painting. (We are all helping as we can)

She told me yesterday that she was quite wiped out after spending several days working on the house. I all of a sudden realized that SHE had been doing a great deal of work herself!! I was all excited and asked her to just imagine what it would be like if she wasn't T-Tapping!!!!

She told me that she had been saying to my dad for days that she was SOOO glad for T-Tapp because she could NEVER have done what she has been doing!

Thank you, Teresa, for working so hard to get this workout out into everyone's hands, for putting together something that truly rehabs the whole body and is good for EVERYONE! You have gifted my family in a way that I am not sure I can measure but am VERY thankful for!

I too discovered T-tapp in an RV! So great to be able to get a real workout in virtually no space. Good for your Mom!
