T-Tapp Broom DVD not working

I am soooooooo bummed. I just received my new T-Tapp Broom DVD which I purchased on Discount Tuesday & I cannot get it to work properly. It gets to the point where I can click on an option & it doesn't go any farther. I had the same problem with the Core DVD too. Has anyone had this problem? Any suggestions before I call to have it returned. I was really looking forward to working on this one this weekend after Thanksgiving.

I had the same problem with the BWO+ Tempo. I purchased it from Michelle. I have sent it back to her and she will be sending me another copy. Call the office and ask them about it.

I had the same problem because I was using Sony Blue Ray. I had to connect to the internet and download the new software.It works fine now. Hope this helps.

same thing happened to me with tappcore, but the office sent a new one out and it works fine, just give them a call

I had the same problem with Broom - they were very nice when I called yesterday...sent a new one out right away. At the same time I ordered a Tapp Core - hopefully there won't be a problem with it!
