Okay,
I have a question...
I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to lose about 4 sizes before my birthday in April...
As far as if I am less to lose, average, or more to lose, I have NO idea. The maximum amount of pounds I could probably lose is 50 - not taking into consideration muscle. But, I would probably not be too sexy weighing much less than that ;). You never, though!!
And, losing 4 sizes would probably be my absolute maximum as well... I may only be able to lose 3, but I would LOVE to lose 4.
I am getting the BWO+, and also TWO rehab/beginner soon....
What do I need to getter done?? And, how do I know if this even is a reasonable goal???
I plan on getting plenty of alfalfa, and have been brushing...
I also am concerned about my upper body/pec area, and would welcome any advice/recommendations for this as well.
Thank you so much!!

Lauri, I lost 4 sizes in 6 months, so it is possible!
I did mostly BWO+ and SATI those first 6 months, too! Consistency is a BIG key, as is realizing T-Tapp is ALL about muscle activation.
Spend time reading those Must Read Threads and become a student of each and every move! LOL!
I think I shared already how I would really focus on one move per week during my workouts. Curling that core is absolutely a must!
Spend time with the Instructionals--1-2 weeks is not too long! Use the pause button. BE CONSISTENT!
I'm sure a trainer will give you more specifics, but I wanted to share with you that it can be done!
As for pounds....well, you know I'm an advocate of throwing the scales away!

Yes, It is possible, but depends on where you are and where you want to go. You need to be dedicated and have your goals defined.
Be consistent
Drink lots of water
get enough rest
Skin Brush
Eat well and do not over eat
ASK QUESTIONS!
Listen to what Trisch said :D
I would also suggest you set up your workout plan for the month - figure out which days you need off, which days you can do long workouts and which days you can do short workouts. and Create your plan for the month and stick to it! :clappinghands:
You can do it!

I would also add, that you should try to find out what body type you have. That way you will have a better idea of what to expect from your body. It has to do with long or short torso, legs etc. Do you have the book Fit and Fabulous? It has a section in there about what to measure and what the measurements mean. If you don't have it, you should get it. It comes with a coupon in the back for 30% off for the next time you order from t-tapp. :D:D If you can't afford it right now, your local library should have one or you can order it interlibrary loan.
I have a combo body type as does Trisch (see above-she was able to do it). The combo body type gains and loses all over. So when you gain, it isn't as noticable, but when you lose, it you have to lose more inches to drop a size. But I have to tell you, that you will notice that even if you do not drop as quickly as you would like, your clothes will fit better and people will be asking if you have lost weight. AND you will feel better. More energy etc. I have to add that I love to t-tapp. Unlike other exercises, it is not something that I have to MAKE myself do. I enjoy it.
And come to the forums to gain support, encouragement and tips. Ask questions, even if you think they are silly. Everyone here is wonderfully supportive. It is one of the main reasons, I have continued to develop my t-tapp expertise.

I would say don't try to rush your body. The quicker you release weight the more chances, that you put a lot of strain on your heart and other organs, and probably have more chances to have loose skin. What's the rush?
