Hi Everyone,

I am fairly new to T-Tapp. I order my first DVD in 2007 along with the book. I read the book and watched the DVD in the back, but never really tried to move forward
It was just this past Aug. that I decided that I would give it a fair shot. So I have been tapping since August 3rd and have lost a total of 12 inches. My 16 year- old daughter tapped with me for the first 2-weeks and lost 8 inches. I'm hoping she will come back and join me. She has mentioned that if I get a flat tummy she's in..LOL
I was involved in a major accident while pregnant with my daughter and I now have one leg that is an inch shorter than the other. These excersises have been a life saver for me. I am actually able to move the next day. I have tried kickboxing, weights etc..nothing can compare to how T-Tapp makes your body feel.
I still have trouble getting through BWO without a water break but I'm staying consistent. My knees are showing improvement, my thighs are stronger, my body as a whole feels so wonderful.
I am truly amazed at the results and think Theresa and all of the wonderful people on these boards need a :clappinghands:!!

Truestori,

Hi and welcome and congratulations on first starting T-tapp in earnest and losing that is fantastic!

I hope you DD continues. I am trying to get my husband to do it. I keep telling him about other husbands that do it and lose inches and weight. Not that he really needs to lose much, he runs daily but I told him it would help shock those muscles that have to be used to running after 15 years plus. He does lift weights.

oh well maybe one day I can get a family member to join me.

Welcome truestori!! :hello2:

What an amazing story!! I am so glad that T-Tapp is helping you, afterall that's what it's for!! Helping the body help itself! :clappinghands:

Keep going, keep focused, take it one day at a time, go to YOUR limit and I'm sure your results will be all that you hoped, and more! :D

Good Luck :balloon:
