I somehow, motivated myself to do this diet. After I saw this board, I thought I could do this. I am starting today. I had protein shake(1/2 banana, 2 scoops of protein powder, and water+ 1 tea spoon flax meal).
I packed Broccoli, cucumber, tomato, chick peas for lunch along with 1/2 tea spoon Flax oil and lemon juice and salt. I also packed 25 almonds(soaked overnight) and 3 leafs lettuce for snacks. In the evening, I am planning to have a plum, a cup of greens and some vegetable soup + protein shake made with 1 scoop protein powder. Hopefully I will be able to do this 3 to 4 days a week. I am not aiming for more because I know I am going to fail if I force myself to do this more than two days in a row.
