I can't get over how much better I feel since starting t-tapp. Not just physically, but mentally!!! I started a new full time job and was VERY nervous about being able to physically do it AND stay awake and coherent for my 4 kids (17, 16, 13, 9). I have Ankylosing Spondylitis (arthritis of all the large joints), so the rehab program is what got me....add to that how it helps with chronic fatigue syndrome and I thought it's worth a try - esp. since I desperately wanted to lose weight.
Alright - June 1st was my day to get serious about my health. I started walking everyday and t-tapped randomly. I lost 11 1/2 inches!!! I laid off the t-tapp for a month and just walked (4 miles everyday with my best friend) - although I knew it was doing my body good, I felt flabbier and I saw NO results on the scales. So - 2 weeks ago, I started bootcamp doing OIP, basic workout plus, then OIP again. My kids, husband and sister keep telling me the weight seems to be falling off me. So I decided to measure myself again - I've lost 46 1/2 inches total!!! OMG!!! I'm beyond excited! My 16 year old keeps telling me she's totally jealous of my legs!! I've lost a total of 18 1/2 lbs. since March and I think about 8 1/2 of that has been since starting t-tapp.
I'm now at 166 and my goal was 135...but I'm starting to think I'm alot closer to my goal than I thought I'd be as I'm not using weight as my goal anymore, but how I feel, how I look, etc. T-tapp has literally changed my life! I did Body for Life for 12 weeks (VERY INTENSE) and didn't even lose 1/4 of an inch ANYWHERE!! I weighed 119 lbs. after giving birth to my 4th child in 2000, then gained 50 lbs. in 2003 and another 15 after that. It feels great to not loathe myself anymore!
Oh...I should I also say I do the CRT system too (btw - I can't handle all these acronyms as I don't know what most of them stand for...what does CRT actually stand for??). I t-tapp every morning before work, take all my vitamins with the magnesium calm, brush my whole body, then shower and get ready for the day)...I do think the brushing has made a huge difference! And secretly...I'm envious of my legs too :clappinghands:.....shhhhhhhhhhhh!!! Believe me...I am spreading the word - I even got it for my sister, mom and grandmother (85 years old) for their birthdays!!!
