How often do you take a salt bath?

I just got my salt last week. I took a bath for the first time this weekend. It was so amazing. My muscles were so relaxed. I just wondered how often am I supposed to take a bath in it. I don't need much skin tightening, I have been brushing for 3 years. BUt I like the benefits. THanks.

2-3 times a week is optimal. Wish I'd learn to make the time, more than once every other week or so.... They are heavenly... Enjoy!

I bought the salt, but I don't see where it says how much to put in a bath. Also, how long will one of the salt packets last?

I had a piece of paper in my bag. You are to use 1/2-1cup of salt in a warm bath (NOT hot). Soak for at least 20 minutes. After it says you are to lay down for 10 minutes, making sure you drink lots of water.

I only used 1/2 a cup becasue I wanted it to last longer. I had great results from it. Enjoy!!

Salt baths are also great if you're sore from a tough workout or just need to unwind from a busy, stressful day! :)

Teresa sells dead sea salts in the T-Tapp store. If you have Epsom salts in the house, you can use that. There are many sources of salts for bathing on the internet. I just ordered some from Mountain Rose Herbs, since I was ordering some other things. You know how it is, you need two things and as long as you're ordering you add 100 more because it saves $2 on shipping, lol.
