Kiona via Sean suggested this and I have to say it REALLY helps you get to your max quicker. I did BROOM today and was totally dripping (with a fan at full max blowing on me) by the end of MORE PBS! I felt like a Ferrari while doing BROOM. Bend it, tuck it, lift it was taken to a higher level. I brushed afterwords too just because.
I'm going to do this every time now!

Yesterday, after reading this thread, I brushed before and after my WO.
I'm going to do this from now on.
It can't hurt and it might make a huge difference for me! (I hope!)

I've tried brushing after working out but I sweat so much working out and unless I wait until my skin completely dries the brush just drags and pulls. I'm thinking that can't be good. Anybody else notice this? Suggestions?

How about keeping a towel just for blotting your skin before brushing?

I tried it today--OH, MY! It was an off day on my mini-model blitz, except for doing PBS, OW, TTT, TTN and HD. I was sweating as much as if I had done BWO+!!!
I wasn't going to have to wash my hair, but my scalp is sweating so now I "have to"! Oh, well! What a price to pay! ;)
Yeah, I'm sweaty, too. Sometimes I wait just a few minutes, or get my stuff around for the shower with some clothes off (sorry if TMI!), but I have my own master bath! :)
The towel idea is great! I might try that, Anne!
