I finished my beg/rehab workout this morning so I'm officially done with day #9! I'm so excited and can't wait to finish the bootcamp!

I think I read in the book that most people find day 3 the most difficult, but day 4 was the hardest for me. I worked out religously before I started T-Tapp and I'm astonished how much my poor body "feels" the results of this workout! My thighs have probably been the most sore, but I find as I make it through each workout I am really focusing on the correct posture, movement, etc.

I think this system is amazing and can't wait to order more of the other workout dvd's to switch things up a bit.

I have the CRT system too but have only done the skin brushing 3 times... but will really try to go those in daily as well. My goal is to rid myself of 25 pounds and to tighten up some loose skin on my arms and legs ~ but more importantly to just get in better shape!!!

Good luck with your bootcamp too!

Just finished my 14 day yesterday... was fantastic, but this morning I felt lost as to what I should do! I walk 2.2 miles most day too, so I did my usual walk and then put the SATI instructional on and did that workout. I guess I'll keep reading and see what I should do next. I don't want to overtrain (as I've read on the boards) but I also don't want to not do some sort of activity?! Help! :help:

I did order 3 more dvds yesterday and can't wait to get them!

I'm not a trainer but I think they will suggest that you take one or two days off completely, take measurements, and then start on an every other day program.

MeaghanS, congrats on the great job!
With most of the people Day 3 is most difficult but it could be Day 4 or even 5. Depends on the personal fitness level, if I remember that right

Thanks so much!

I love T-Tapp and was so glad I made it through that bootcamp... just finished the 30 day challenge on the 8th too....

I'm ready for another challenge now and can't wait to find out the results of the 30 day.

I am doing beginn/rehab. I am really shocked about that kinda in loss. Maybe next week will be much less? I've had 3 kids so my tummy is my issue. I lost 1in from there, so thats good! I also starting eating really well too...no more crap LOL. More of a clean eating plan.:balloon:

I need to follow your good example! My eating is not so good and now that I've started working again, finding the will power/time to workout is slipping.... I am totally a morning person and would have no problem waking up at 4:30am to get it done for the day, but my husband is a grump and it's bad enough that I've got to get up at 5:30am just to make it to work.

I'm getting back on the wagon tonight though and will do Tempo 2. I can't go to Safety Harbor like this! I'm doing another bootcamp - only 14 days utnil the retreat, so maybe a 10 day bootcamp. Luckily, my husband is leaving to go elk hunting tomorrow afternoon, so I'll have a solid week of being able to workout first think in the morning!

So, good luck with your eating plan and boot camp ~ I'm right along with you on it!

Everything is such a balancing act right? LOL Having the week to concentrate on yourself will be a great jumpstart. I just bought skin brush as well. I've read such encouraging results from doing it!
Good luck to u too :)

I am on my 3rd day of my bootcamp. I am doing Beg/Rehab, 14 days everyday, and then the 4 weeks + 4 weeks with breaks in between.

I have also been body brushing for over a month. I heard about it through a totally unrelated health site, and it has been wonderful. I have already noticed a decrease in cellulite!
I have no idea whether the CRT movements are different from mine though, so I can't say how they compare.
