Hi,
I was referred to this program as a good way to deal with the Epstein-Barr virus. I'm an active cyclist and am back into it full swing (68 miles yesterday) so I'm not crashed out on the couch so any more, but seven months after the symptoms started I still can't say I'm completely past the illness. Would T-Tapp be particularly beneficial? Why?
Thanks
Debbie
