OK, now I'm really confused. I just checked on iVillage to read an excerpt from the God's Diet book, and the sample menu listed thinkgs like Diet Jello, cheese and sour cream. I thought that dairy products, and especially things with artificial sweeteners were not considered "God Made." Can anyone clear this up for me???? Thanks!
