Logging in to receive e-mail notifications

Hello,

Is it possible to change the settings so that I still receive e-mail notifications even if I haven't logged in to the board for 1 plus weeks?

I can't always log in weekly, but I want to keep receiving the e-mail notifications. If I don't log in weekly, no more e-mail notifications for my subscribed threads. :crashing:

I do believe it is possible since I belong to a group that has the same type of message board. If I haven't logged into that message board for a month, I still receive e-mail notifications to my subscribed threads.

Hello!

To get the email notifications you must be subscribed to the thread. If you go to the User CP (Control Panel) and click on Edit Options (http://forum.t-tapp.com/profile.php?do=editoptions). Then look for the following section:


Default Thread Subscription Mode When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads (http://forum.t-tapp.com/subscription.php), with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread. Do not subscribe No email notification Instant email notification Daily email notification Weekly email notification Default Thread Subscription Mode:
On the dropdown box you should select "Instant email notification" or "Weekly email notification".

If you are in a group thread that updates to a new thread for check-in each week you will have to log in weekly to subscribe to that new thread. Otherwise you will not receive notifications.
