Hi everybody! Ok, here's the lowdown...I started tapping on Jan 16th, got 4 BC days in (until my 6year old decided to get sick on me!), I measured myself last Saturday, and I had lost 8 3/4"!! I'm so psyched! I attended the Philly Seminar last Friday night. So between hearing Teresa talk and Marlee sharing the tips from the workout class, I'm back tapping. Just finished my 4th day of a 14 day BC! (I never realized how important shoulder/back alignment was...boy can I feel the difference). I have a question for my fellow tappers....while I'm doing the lunges, I can really feel it in my calves, am I doing them correctly?? I don't want to bulk up my calves OR thighs so I really want to make sure I'm doing them right! Any answers anyone!?! PS..You are all such an inspiration to me and really keep me going! Thank you!
