I wanted you to know what gift i received from T-Tapp this Christmas!I was mentally 'listing' my health improvements. I went on a couple of trips and was getting the 'inkling' that the sciatic pain i had been suffering since 2002 was really totally gone! I don't pay attention sometimes to pain with my busy life!A few days ago i really tested this out! (waking up w/night sweats during menopause is a 'change' that gives me time to 'think' away from 4 little kids)So I decided to sleep on my Right Side. Right Side is capitalized because it was really a Big Issue with me. For 3 years the Sciatica was getting so bad that I couldn't sleep on the Right Side without waking up with Total Numbness on that side, from shoulder to toe. This was very distressing. I also couldn't just jog a few steps without my gait being hindered with lack of circulation and mobility in that hip joint. But let me tell you of the progression.

When I did a Boot Camp in April 2007 the Sciatica seemed to get worse and extended not just to the knee....but all the way down to my Big Toe! (distressing to have it go numb constantly!)But, not to give up. What i have discovered with T-Tapp....is Healing comes with Setbacks....feeling larger, symptoms sometimes getting 'aggravated' because of muscle atrophy, or Misalignment! So no problem....! I stick it out!I happen to think that the TTT pain i experienced on either the right or the left had to do with my Pelvic Misalignment that i have had for 30 years! So, the muscles, ligaments etc are out of aliggnment, so they are getting evened out through the workout! Strength improved, and now i can sit, drive, sleep, whatever! (without pain, nerve pinching, or numbness!) I think if i needed to go back to the chiropractor he would say that my hips were in alignment!
Thanks Teresa!

I am so glad that trojan poster bumped this up. The husband's transformation is just remarkable, click the 2009 Challenge Winner Link.

My 10 year old son was just asking how many man was doing T-Tapp, all I have to show him is this tonight. It does not matter how many does it, it is what was done right.

I'm so glad this is a non-issue, and so glad to see men T-Tapping. Awesome results. I would love to have my DH enter, but.... we'll see. He is doing OIPs, without the half frogs/elevators, though... hoping to get him to add those in.
