Has anyone made their own treadmill computer desk? If so, please share plans, directions, etc. See www.treadmill-desk.com

Wow... this is an interesting concept. I would love to try that out. I bet it really helps reduce stress!

Haven't seen this one.

But I do have this: http://www.momandbabyworld.com/-sunny-pedal-exerciser-mini-cycle-pedal-exercise-bike.html

And used it all the time about 3 years ago. My coworkers teased me that they were going to have a fan blowing on me to simulate wind...

Hmmm, I think I'll bring it in tomorrow...thanks for the reminder!

To achieve your potential, somewhere deep in your core you have to create the belief that you can do it. By dreaming about your big dream and focusing on your daily goals--the little steps--you nourish your commitment, your confidence, and your belief in your capacity. -- Terry Orlick

There was a post recently at

unclutterer.com/category/workspace-of-the-week - just scroll down to the second example. It looks like the person used adapted portable stands to hold his laptop rather than build an entire desk.

I used to use a thigh master at work and when dealing with one of the really nasty law school students I'd smile and metaphorically throttle them with the thigh master. It really helped.[}:)][:p]
