magnesium oil and pimples?

Hi,
Can anyone tell me if magnesium oil will help clear up pimples and how about ingrown hairs?

Vickid - it can mostly because the salt base will dry the oils on your skin. ACV & water will restore the pH (1 part acv:3 parts water). Elimination - make sure the bowels are moving several times a day to clear the way for toxins to get out the correct direction - if plugged, the toxins will go through the skin. This is an indication of a filthy system. As toxins back up, the blood stream is dirty before the junk even gets to the skin.

Try skin brushing to keep the skin clear of dead cells which can prevent the ingrown hairs as well.

It does mine. I wash my face with warm water and a good wash cloth, then use 1 part ACV with 3 parts water as a tonic and then put on my mag oil mixed with olive oil and in the morning, the bumps are either very small or completely gone.

if that doesn't work, try PAV to clear them up :D:D
My ds/15 loves PAV, although his skin is pretty clear most of the time.
