I read this on Spark People and it is good one to share.

What can you accomplish in a year?
A year goes by really fast when you start to look at pictures of the "old" you. However, while you are getting to the healthier you, it can be hard to imagine that it went by fast. How is it that every weigh-in felt like nothing, but in the end was a large sum? How could that hour long run feel like an eternity, but now I long for that feeling? How is it that when the Pepsi was calling my name I felt weak, but now I know I am better than that sugary snack!
In a year you can lose 49lbs, run a 5K, love yourself, be more active, and enjoy life the way it was meant to be lived! This is what I have accomplished this year. I have become a runner and a true athlete. I have learned to love myself and my body. I have become a better and more active mother. I am a better wife because I love me! I have learned that enduring the pain of exercise, losing your favorite beverage (Pepsi), and ignoring the scale can make me the person I want to become.
What have you been able to accomplish this year? Because for me, I have accomplished getting back my FREEDOM!!! Reach for the day because a year is short, but you can accomplish anything.
