I just wanted to say that I have had chronic back pain since I was 14 years old due to a car accident I was in. I've been in Physical therapy, to chiropractors and massage therapists. All were temporary relief but it didn't last for long.

I often found myself waking up in the middle of the night, unable to sleep because of the pain. My mom actually found T-Tapp through Women's World Magazine in 2004 and bought a set of the DVD's which she allowed me to borrow. I first only did the Primary back stretch - but that alone helped me to be able to sleep through the night. I then went on to do Basic Workout Plus Hoedowns and ended up losing 2 dress sizes and a whole lot of inches! The weight loss helped ease the pain on my back, and I am in virtually perfect health according to blood tests done at the doctor.

I am now 19 weeks pregnant and continuing to do T-Tapp as it really relieves the back pain the pregnancy can bring on!

Congrats on your pregnancy, size lost and most of all being pain free!!! Yeah;)
