Thank the Lord! I started T-tapping just after the last time there was a Seattle workshop and so missed it, dang it.

September/October sounds great. The sooner the better!!

I'm north of Seattle and was not able to attend when Teresa was here, but need a trainer BADLY.

I've done BWO+ some and have HTFS....haven't done it but once. Have done MORE for over a year.

Can I still come? Puhleeze?

I can't get a studio for mid-day so will an all afternoon workshop still be of interest? I found a perfect place and it's open from 1:30-5:30. The other option is any time Sunday. What are your thoughts?

This is great! I can't wait, although I have a commitment the last weekend in September and the first weekend in October.

I'd love to attend either an afternoon only class, or an all day-er on a Sunday! I've never attended one before but I bet it's WONDERFUL!!!

Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Afternoon is fine but a Sunday is better for me. I'll figure out how to get there whichever. What city and month are we looking at?

Do you have any suggestions on preparation for this workshop? Take the day before off? Continue with normal workouts until that time? Try to learn HTF and Broom by then? (yeah, right!! hahahah)

It's only 10 days away! WOOHOO!!!

Poodle,
You probably know your body the best... if it was me, I would probably take the day before off. Don't worry about learning HTF or Broom, it will ALL be at instructional level, (which also means you'll get breaks so you won't die!). See you soon,

I so wish I could be there, but my dvd hasn't arrived yet and I live over by CDA Idaho. NEXT TIME!!! It would be amazing to have hands-on training as to technique. And it wouldnt hurt to find out how to do things when you're a larger size and don't move quite like you used to!!

I live about an hour and 15 mintues south of CDA and am available for personal sessions as well as classes. Drop me an email if you have any questions!

Thanks Michelle! I can't believe it's finally here! Kayla's been great, answering my MANY questions even before the workshop. I'll be bringing my camera to take some pics and taking lots of notes, and I'm really hoping for an AH-HA moment (or two, greedy me!).

My husband was asking me just how I was going to get through a workshop when I'm sweaty and muscle-fatigued after a TWO workout at home! Kayla assured me it's Instructional, so I don't have to worry -- lots of breaks. I can hardly wait!

I am so bummed to be missing this tomorrow! I'm racked with a nasty cold, but more to the point I just went back to work this week after being home foe three years with my child, and I can't bring myself to add in another block of time away. What bad timing for me! I had this on my calendar for weeks and had been looking forward to meeting the other Seattle tappers and finally getting help with my form.... I'll keep my fingers crossed for life to line up more neatly so I can make the next one!
