want to lose more inches throughout, just on my thighs and bottom?
I have shrunk 17.25 inches in 7 weeks and I am delighted, but I am at the bottom of my weight range and really do not want to lose more inches throughout. I also like the feel good benefits I get from tapping.
I am thinking of doing the following: PBS daily wih brushing; HTF twice a week; TTT (or minimax 3) once a week and AL 3-4 times a week. Will this help me target the thighs and bottom area without losing further overall? Any suggestions would be great. I love this program.
