I was wondering if on the days you forgot to take the Premium Blend & Fibertox Capsules, is it still alright to Body Brush without taking them?

Absolutely! It's optimal to brush when you've taken alfalfa and fibertox (if you take those supplements), but the important thing is that you brush!!!
