For those who have bought from i-herb before, do you notice long shipping times? I placed my first order with them on April 8, and got an email saying that I will get another email when my item has shipped. Well, I go to my account and it has a tracking number that I click on and it just says that USPS have been electronically notified of a shipment to send. I never did get another email saying my item shipped. Should I be concerned that my item still hasn't shipped even though it's been a week now, or is it just some wierd thing on USPS's end?
Thanks!

I personally don't think it's iherb. I usually ship UPS ground and get my order within 7-10 business days. I just placed an order with iherb on the 9th and it arrived today. 6 days total. Not bad. But I don't choose USPS for shipping. Personal choice. I get better results when choosing UPS.

Hmmm...I'm not sure they gave me any options for shipping at iherb. But I'm really thinking that USPS just hasn't updated this shipping info, because I can't see them not shipping something for a whole week after the order has been placed! I guess I just wait and see, and hopefully my order will be here soon :)

Hmmm, I've always had mine shipped UPS. USPS always takes a long time to get to me. Sorry to not be of help here.

I'd call or email iherb. That's a crazy long time for something to be sitting around waiting to be shipped and I'm sure they'd agree. Bet it slipped through a crack....

I usually get my Iherb stuff within 10 days of ordering, that does seem weird. Call 'em.

I had no problems either. Mine shipped ups too! My mail system get lazy where I live. My sister sent me several packages that took anywhere from 3 days to 10. They were all sent at the same time!

Okay, must have been a glitch on the website of USPS tracking, because it still says not shipped, but I got it in the mail today!

Sounds like the carriers didn't scan it along the way. Happens when I ship things out all the time. Glad you got it.

I'm glad you got your package also.
After trying to use the USPS tracking system, I finally realized they don't keep it well updated--thus you end up concerned your package is lost or something. On the upside, they do tend to deliver in a timely manner, they just don't let us know about it[}:)]
