I thought we could start 'Brainstorming" for the 60-day challenge what Health Improvements we are looking for 2008!
***Less cheese (dairy) (since I read that 'homogenized' robs calcium & B-Vitamins. Trying to buy Organic milk (non-homogenized)
[u]Added extra</u>: cream floats to top...and i save for morning coffee.... just like grandpa's 'pints' on the doorstep every morning!!
***Only 1 glass of wine a day[B)]... and more Peter Gillman's Calms! (1x day)
