On another post you wrote that you used Body Balance. Do you know if it has any herbal stuff in it? I have a cardiac condition and I can't take anything that would increase my heart rate. Did your mid-wife think it had enough of the pregnancy vitamins in it? I think my vitamins are making me sick. I think the iron is giving me a bad taste in my mouth. Did you get the Body Balance from Lani or order it from the company?
