Hello Fellow Tappers!

I just received my Ladybug workout and was watching the form tips. Theresa mentioned that there were some seminars available through Resonationinc.com, but when I went there, it referred back to the main ttapp.com website. Does anyone have any info about these seminars?

I do not have any info for you re: the seminars but i will tell you that I did LB standing yesterday and worked up more of sweat than I do with BR - it was very challenging (in a good way;))

and LB floor is a wonderful workout although very challenging also.

Did you call the T-Tapp office to see what they offer? Teresa taped a foot fitness video in October which hopefully will be out this winter.

Ok...just checked on this thread to figure out what it was about and had to tell Gemma that her line in her signature is SO STINKING FUNNY! :D[:o)]:D[:o)] I need to print that off and read it everyday...the visual just gets me! LOL ROFL

The Resonation sight is no longer availale. I think Teresa is working to get these excellent seminars available on the T-Tapp Site.

Thanks for your responses! I was disappointed that the link didn't work because I enjoy hearing Theresa's thoughts on different topics.
