Hey Buddies,

My goals this week are same as always.

Get my water intake up to 60 oz per day. (about 30 oz per day last week)
TT 3 x per week (met last week)
Brush 3 x per week (twice last week)
Calories average 1800 per day (averaged 2045 last week)

Any one want to chime in with how things are going?

Eating is out of control with the all of the craziness going on with my horses. I am eating what people make for me because I am running back and forth from the barn all day or on errands to get bandages/medicine. I am soooo tired!!!

I guess at least I'm getting workouts in between T-Tapp and all the chores I have to do now! Can't wait for them to get better.... That is such an understatement.

BIG HUGS!

HANG IN THERE JEN!!! I hope your horses are doing good and things get back to normal for you very soon.

Foxbay, Keep up the good work! I definately feel it when I don't get my water in!

Well, last night was our night out for our Anniversary and I started my evening with a great Martini. We ate too much and the food was terrific, and now, the test.........starting fresh today and not getting my brain warped on having a off plan meal (and having sugar in my system). We'll see. I feel pretty good about it, but this is when I normally flounder.

See you later,
Sandy

Jen, with as busy as you are, I'd guess you're burning off whatever you're eating.

Roadie, I too will eat/drink more than usual on special occasions. If I calculate calories, sometimes I'm amazed it wasn't as much as I had assumed. Meaning, I don't need to keep consuming once the occasion is over. Just some day that same week, eat less calories so things balance out.

Both of you hang in there.

Just checking in. I'm really hanging in there for the most part, especially if you don't count the huge bowl of popcorn drizzled with earth balance that I ate last night[:0]! Hee Hee! But all kidding aside, I have rebounded from the big dining out night I had and that feels great! WAy better than if I had continued to stuff myself with junk the last 3 days.

I did BWO+ this morning and am out the door to work.

Drum Roll Please..........We have a tentative closing date and time set for next Wednesday at 2:00pm on our business. Keep your fingers crossed!

Well, where are all of my accountability buddies?? Hopefully enjoying some beautiful weather!

I'm just checking in and I'm beat!

Things have been going good. I just need to get some food planned and cooked so I can stay supplied, not denied!

Hope you have a nice weekend.

Jen, hope things are calming down for you.

Hello All,

I have been MIA this past week. Eating was HORRIBLE last weekend (a friend's child's bday party, then a sAints game on Sunday) no excuse but I am going to use them as an excuse anyway [}:)]

This weekend was busy doing Alumnae stuff with my college dance team. Still in PAIN from practice all day Friday, performing yesterday, my legs/feet are ready to fall off! Eating was better though this weekend, so that's a good thing.

Haven't tapped since Thursday, but I still got my muscles working with high kicks [:I]

Jen, hope your horses are on the mend.

Everyone, have a beautiful Sunday!

Kerrie

Hi my accountability buddies!

I am still getting in all of my workouts, plus taking care of the horses (stitches are tentatively scheduled to come out Wednesday, so I won't have to obsess as much about cleaning the wounds then.... hopefully!!!). This weekend's eating was okay, if you don't count the chili cheese fries and ice cream. ACK!!!! I know I can't lose weight that way, but I'm still slave to what people are willing to make me while I am keeping busy with the horse stuff. I did buy lettuce and a rotisserie chicken the other day so I've been having a lot of chicken salads when I make my own food.

Despite the cruddy eating, I am maintaining my slightly higher weight (166) despite it all, so hopefully I can buckle down this coming week as the tension drops a little bit.

Gotta go brush and shower before my kids realize that I'm not in the same room with them. Haha.

Hope you all are doing wonderfully!

BIG HUGS!

Oh my gosh, what a week. A close family friend passed away. He was 54. Not unexpected, but I will miss him. He had health problems but he would be the first to admit, he could have taken better care of himself. So, I will take a lesson from him and give new motivation to my health plan.

I did not tapp this week :( But I did walk 9 holes of golf. [^]

I brushed once this week, better than zero. :)

Water intake was half of what it should have been. [B)]

Eating was pretty much on target for the week. Some real good days and a couple of days of over indulging. But the average for the week was fine.

On to next week.
