A while back there was a discussion on things you stick on your face to eliminate wrinkles. I think the movie stars use them. They are made of paper and have sticky stuff on the one side. You wear them while you sleep. The name is on the tip of my tongue but I just can't remember it.;)

Does anyone remember the name of them and has anyone used them?:D

Hmm...that's a cool idea. If you order some, Jill, let us know if you like them!

Will do, Meredith. However, after looking at them I don't know if they will work for my problem. I wanted them for droopy eyelids!;):D[:p]

Okay, you got me. At 43 I look better than I ought to with 23 years of sleep deprivation issues, but still, I don't want my son in 10 years wondering why HIS mommy looks so much older than the other kids' mommies (although our friends parents are all in their 40's or close to it when they had their kids, so it won't be TOO bad;)).

I just ordered mine and am very much looking forward to adding this to my Mag Gel and vco routine, which has made my skin amazingly soft and shrunk my pores dramatically. I've begun skin brushing again (don't know why I stopped) and it feels great.

Thanks for bumping up this thread!

Oh, please, please, PLEASE report back in with what you think and what type of wrinkles/lines you're using them on! As I lose weight, my face looks older and older and I'm getting scared. I'm finally reaching my fitness goals, but I also look like I'm aging OVERNIGHT. (And I have started doing Mag snow facials once a week, and using the mag oil with VCO on top of it every night --- AND brushing, AND using Skin Saver Solution, AND I've ordered the other SS products but don't have them yet!)

Ladies, please be aware that while VCO has wonderful properties, it is highly comedogenic and therefore will clog your pores--and that can lead to problems down the line, especially if you are acne and/or blackhead prone. It's great for your body, wonderful in soaps, but not really so good for your face. :(

I know it's been discussed before, but is anyone still doing facial exercises? If so...what or which one?

Thanks,

Dawn

Hi to all! I haven't posted before, but love the forum. I have been tapping since last Nov. & love it. It is the only exercise I will ever do from here on in. However, I started doing FlexEffect facial building in June of this year. There are a few others on the forum that do this too. I am 60 years and these facial exercises have also been amazing. You are building facial muscles here (which takes time) but the results do come. It works the skin and resistance trains the muscles underneath. FlexEffect has a web site and a forum also. You will be pleased if you check it out.
