Sore knuckle?

hey all,

I thought i would come to you all since you always seem to be full of answers! :o)

About a week ago i noticed that the middle knuckle of my right middle finger had kind of a stiff feeling (like it needed to "pop") and it is a little sore. You know how your knuckles feel if you jam your finger? well, that's kind of how it feels. i can't figure out why it's doing this..i don't think my other fingers feel this way and it came on kind of sudden. but i know i didn't injure it.

any ideas? this is driving me nuts! not really painful, just feels really weird and i'm starting to wonder if i should see a doctor, yet i'd probably feel really silly if i did! LOL!

It could be the beginnings of arthritis. My joints are in the process of clearing since I'm taking a food source calcium and using Magnesium Oil.

You might also try to just pull on the finger. Don't push it down just gently pull from the top joint of the finger, it should release trapped gasses and clear it, if it's just a misalignment.
