Hi Everyone! I am a "back again Newbie". Had good success and then got sidetracked and now am back with determination!!<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle> I have a question that I am hoping someone can shed some guidance on. I am starting the "Protein Power" plan by the Eades and they mention weight training as the preferred form of exercise. I am sticking with T-Tapp but would like to hear feedback from anyone who has been on the Protein Power plan. Thanks !
