I received my Maxi-Max 3 tape a few days ago and waited until yesterday (Saturday) to try it. Wow! It really killed me! I was like a limp mop afterwards -- but here's the great news: I weighed myself this morning, and I've lost three more pounds! That means that, after five months on T-Tapp, I've lost exactly 25 pounds to date!!! I plan to measure later to see if I've lost inches, too, but I suspect that I have. This is really the only program that has helped me lose weight and inches -- thank you, Teresa, for everything! I have another 20-25 pounds to go, but my clothes are fitting great already. This is one program I will definitely use for the rest of my life! But, ooooh, am I am hurting right now -- Maxi-Max 3 really does the job.
