Has anyone tried this? There was an article last week in First magazine and a very interesting read. I am waiting for the book at the library so I am anxious to read it thoroughly. It's all about regulating hormone insulin. I am not insulin resistant but my daughter has Type 1 diabetes so I read the article for her benefit but thought maybe I should try this for a week. I NEVER EVER lose a pound and since Monday I am down 1.8 lbs!!!!!!!! It's all about linking proteins to carbs at a proper ratio. You can read about it at www.amazon.com to find out more.

That's a component of the Schwarzbein Principle. You might find one of Dr. Schwarzbein's books quicker, while you're waiting for the other one. SP heals insulin resistance and the whole metabolism by balancing ALL hormones. Good luck!
