I thought I'd share a few things I've found that are working for me and then see if I can glean some more ideas from y'all.

I have a couple stand-bys that are no brainers for me:

12 Raw Almonds (take anywhere life saver!)
Yogurt
Fiber One cereal

I'm trying to eat every 2 - 3 hours and these are all things I've found that help keep me sustained throughout the day, but I could sure use more ideas...

Suggestions for easy, on-the-go lunches would be great too!

Sunflower seeds and pumpkins seeds are a nice change from almonds, sometimes, especially the spicy "pepitas" version of pumpkin seeds (a la Nourishing Traditions).
