rectoceles/interoceles/cystoceles prolapse?

Has anyone out there experienced pelvic organ prolapse; i.e., rectocele/interocele/cystocele/uterine. If so, would love to hear from anyone who's benefitted with the T-Tapp exercises. I hear there are exercise instructions on-line to help move these prolapses UP! Any replies appreciated! Thanks!
