Been reading more and more on this and it seems like it may be worth doing? I did do a body wrap on my belly w/ sea salts, kelp and LIQUID bentonite (ordered the wrong thing) and only left it on 1/2 hour and really think I may have seen some lumps and bumps on my belly disappear (not all but....)
Heres the link for the clay method to try:

Hi Heather! I use powdered French Green Clay since it is supposed to be much more absorbent of toxins than Bentonite, and it is less expensive, too. I also use it in a detoxing colonic since it is highly absorbant for toxins. Here is a link you may find helpful:

I buy mine through an excellent local Co-op and use it as clay-water and drink it in the a.m. after OP'g. This is a lengthy but excellent thread on it:

and I've been using Activated charcoal and most importantly, I truly believe, Magnesium therapy. The book, The Miracle of Magnesium by Dr. Carolyn Dean is outstanding and a very good read.
I hope this helps.
As always with detoxing, it is tiring and I'm having a down day. This is the first morning of precious worship I've stayed home while DH and son have gone on without me in a very, very long time. So I've poulticed, steam-showered, cold-showered afterwards (boosts the immune system) then took a hot Epsom Salt bath and really scrubbed well with Dr. Bronner's Tea Tree oil soap and then cold showered again.
Hope this info helps you out. Sorry it was not specifically about the wraps.[:I]

Thanks Pam! Have you "felt" or seen results in using this clay? Do you apply it like a wrap or ....?

Heather, I have. Some of my other posts chronicle it, but I really have felt it to be beneficial and given the seriousness of where I ended up with my own personal health, I really find it to be necessary.
DH is also doing these things (well, MOST of them) and benefiting as well.
Unprovable scientifically, but nonetheless noteworthy, we have not caught the flu and it has made the rounds severely in our area since November. We've both been exposed, too.
