I was doing SATI conistently for a couple of months, but then I slacked off and haven't done it in probably over a month.[:I]

Yesterday I recieved my Total Workout as well as my book (Fit and Fab..)! :D So, I've been perusing the book and am gearing up to 'watch' [:p] the dvds!

I'm due the beginning of May. What should I do now to get ready to do a boot camp after baby's birth? I thought I would just try to get the form down, but I'm 31 weeks, so there's a big belly in the way!

Any advice?

I would just concentrate on Instructional 1 right now. You could alternate that and SATI or just do Instructional 1 everyday. Omit the *organs in place* move before the box sequence though.

Save instructional 2 until postpartum. When you restart, use instructional 1 (or BWO+) then slowly introduce Instructional 2. Don't be in a hurry for Bootcamp, you will receive wonderful benefits while doing the instructionals, plus you will be getting your body in the best possible place to get maximum benefit for your bootcamp.
