I was reading on here that a lack of B12 can cause dark circles under the eyes. I have very bad dark circles. I am a vegatarian and I eat eggs sometimes but no cheese. So don't get a lot of B12. I take a good multi vitamin that has 400 mg. of B12. Can I take more or will that be too much for me? I was thinking of ordering Teresa's sublingal B12.

I love Teresa's b-12. I use it everyday! :)

Teresa's B-Plus spray is AWESOME - even my kiddos love it.
Aren't B vitamins not very dangerous? I think Teresa stated you could drink the whole bottle and you would be fine, your body only uses what it needs.
Here is what Lauren - a T-Tapp staffer says....
It is okay to chase B12 or any of the T-Tapp Nutritionals with water. I really like the taste of the B12 but I think (like most things) it is an aquired taste... sorta like the PG.
It DEFINITELY makes a BIG difference with the dark circles. I am a red head with very fair skin and without B12 I look like I put purple/red eyeshadow underneath and around my eyes. I can see the difference in 4 days when I use B12, however...

I hope it helps me! It looks like I haven't slept in a month since my dark circles are so bad.[|)] I also have some little scars under my eyes that are worse because of the dark circles so maybe this will help them look better too.

Jill, I would definately suggest T's B vitamin spray! Unfortunately, a multi-vitamin is not always the answer for everyone. It sounds good - get all your body needs in one pill, but most of the multi-vitamins are "dead" vitamins, and therefore will not help you a bit.

You will most likely know that you have had too many B-vitamins by some fluorscent (highlighter color) urine.[:I] Your body will expel what you don't need. The vitamins that you need to worry about over consuming are the fat-soluble vitamins.

I love T's vitamin B12 plus. I use the sublingual. I put a dropper full under my tongue. I always have a bottle with me at work and if I'm very tired I'll put at least 2 droppers full under my tongue and it will wake me up and give me the energy I need to make it thru the day[^].
