Brush directions - question...

Hi ladies! I just got my brush today - I'm so excited! :D Anyway, here's my question...

In the written directions it says - "Brush waistline with upward strokes, front to back."

Can someone please give me a little bit more detail on this one? I'm kind of confused about how to do the waistline.

Stoke upward toward the heart and work your way around the body, always going upward. You can do it in a circular pattern on problem areas, but always go back over it ending in upward strokes.
