Hi:
I've been using the PG spray, almost exclusively during my workouts for several months now. I find that it helps with endurance and I definitely sweat more.
Today I started the GM/MM carb plan. I also used the PG spray, probably a total of 10 sprays, but not over 12, throughout the day and during my workout (Tempo). I ate God made carbs today: some "Seeds of Change" 7 grain pilaf for lunch with grape tomatoes, almonds, a few raisins, veggie soup and hardboiled egg for supper. I'm wondering, could the extra sprays of PG be the cause of the ( sorry to be graphic) diarrhea I have this evening? No cramping or gas, just very loose and lots of it. <img src=icon_smile_dead.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_dissapprove.gif border=0 align=middle>. Maybe it's just all the fiber, but I'm curious if this is a side effect of PG.
