Does anyone know about the safety of the PG spray and breastfeeding? I looked through the threads but couldn't find any info...

Do not use PG while breastfeeding and during pregnancy. Although it's never been proven to be harmful to the baby, it does have amino acids so let's be safe!

Judybats, I don't think all amino acids aren't safe during bf, but I also don't think there have been studies done on them. I know that l-glutamine is supposed to be perfectly fine for bf (all it does is fill your seratonin receptors) but 5-HTP is not, for example (based on the recommendations in Julia Ross' The Mood Cure book). So when in doubt, better to just avoid.
