Anyone else ever had a laparoscopy?

I started my cycle early, and I feel fine, but I was wondering if it was safe to use a tampon, and if anyone knew.

I forgot to ask him, and I dont' want to go to the trouble of making another appointment or calling up there and waiting on the line for an hour.

If I recall correctly - No. To be safe I would just use pads. Too, I thought I had started my cycle after my procedure and it ended up just being bleeding from the procedure itself. However a few days into that bleeding my cycle did begin and they sorta merged together. It was like having one really long cycle![:0]
