I have been reading all of your posts faithfully for awhile now and respect your opinions (all of you are so knowledgable)and admit that I am Tapp addict now. I have been somersizing for almost 3 months now and doing well with no sugar or additives. However, since I have started to TTapp I am craving some more carbs and sweets. I am wondering what you all think about this. Since I am exercising more do you think I should indulge or fight the temptations?
