I hope someone can help me here. I just started taking udo's oil two days ago, and I think the oppositte is happening to me as to what everyone else reports -- I am starving! I know it is not a fluke, because theis is my third experiment with udo's. Each time same thing -- ravenous hunger that I don't usually experience. I am definitely consuming a very balanced, whole food diet with plenty of calories.

Could it be until my body gets used to it? I really wnat to keep up with it because of all of the amazing benefits, but I cannot deal with the constant hunger.

Can anyone shed some light on this???

Maybe your body is saying, "Oh, I really need that, give me more!" ??

I have no idea. That is really wierd. Is there any coincidence between your experiments and the time of the month, or what's going on in your life each time you try it? How much are you taking?

I took one tablespoon in the morning. Maybe I should start it at dinner so I am not starving all day? Or maybe split the dose throughout the day so I am not taking it all at one time? I am hoping that it will just take a while for my body to get used to it, maybe because I was deficient in fatty acids.

Any other thoughts?
