View Full Version : Trying to do WW with GM/MM....Any Pointers?

Hi Ladies,

I am doing the God Made/Man Made Plan to Weight Watchers (hoping for some BIG weight loss here <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>) I started this today and here is my dilemma. I need to have 22-29 points a day, well I just finished lunch and I have only eaten 9 points! I can't imagine woofing down 13 points for dinner. For breakfast I had 3 egg whites, coffee with no fat-vanilla flavored creamer, I know not GM but I love it too much and an apple. For lunch I had chicken (not really a whole breast but I gave myself 3 points anyway) green beans and a salad with balsamic & good seasoning spices. I know having some type of carb would push my points up but like I said I am trying to do GM for 3 days then 1 day of MM.

Any suggestions? I really appreciate any help or advice you can give. I do not want to eat under my points range as I know this would not be a sufficient caloric intake.
