I knew I would find myself here sooner or later! I'm about 7 weeks pregnant, still feeling good and still trying to keep up with my tapping. I haven't been doing HTF at all, because I haven't wanted to put that much stress on my abdomen. But I am doing the basic workout and a few extra moves. My question is, what do I do when Teresa has you put your organs in place during The Box? Just to be safe, I've just been tightening my abdomen using my breath, instead of pushing with my hands. Am I compromising the exercise by doing this?
