I had my first child, after 19 hours of labor, by C-section. After the C-section I had a terrible time with getting in and out of bed, lying down, sitting down, etc. I was wondering if you could recommend certain exercises to keep my abs in shape so that I don't have that trouble, or at least not quiet so bad. I am already 20 weeks along with my pregnancy. I have been doing T-tapp for about a month, and I am doing just the basic workout. Thanks for your help.
