Hi Everyone
Well, the 4 day bootcamp is OVER ... thank god and well, here I stand after measuring this morning ... a believer! I promised I would check in and here I am!!!!!
Like I metioned before, I have tried SO many other things and after 4 days of BC and working my way through the sick feelings and sore muscles ... can you believe I lost 4 inches!!!!!!! ME ... the one that gave up hope of ever losing anything and I thought I was meant to be this way FOREVER! Whoo hoo.
And I am just a newbie ... imagine what is going to happen when I get really good at this!!!!!!!! If I can do this anyone can ... I really believe that now! Thanks for all the support everyone!
The only problem I am having now is the OIP I just can't seem to "get it" and I don't feel anything in my rib cage or anything like Teresa mentions on the tape!
Does anyone have any advice on the OIP moves?
I am just stunned ... after years of doing everything under the sun I am FINALLY losing something ... I am just crying with happiness right now! I am now going to EOD with ttapp and no longer dread it!
All I have to say to you all is thank you thank you thank you ... 4 little inches in 4 days to me is like the beginning of something very wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!
Here's to looking "noticable different" by Xmas/New Years and to getting into my size 11 jeans (in my wishful thinking pile) much sooner rather than later ....
Just thrilled and motivated....
