I have been reading, adding my two cents in now and again, and really trying to stick with it. I am wobbly, looking pudgy and soft, and generally stiving to stay convinced that if I keep going "something miraculous" will happen. (like some slinky little size 8 dress for Christmas parties?) Everyone seems to be having such tremendous results and I WANT SOME TOO!. Everyone is so darn positive all the time and I can only chalk that up to RESULTS! Please tell me that sooner or later (plase God, let it be sooner!) I will see something happening. I am 5' 6" 140lbs. 38-30-38 (size 8 or 10 canadian sizes) and would like to see some shrinkage in all areas..... all comments are greatly appreciated!
By the way, I did a 7 day BC just over a week ago and started again this week...and noticed no results..however I am feeling stronger internally.
