I really like the combination of BWO+ with the floor portion of TLB. This workout totals 45 minutes the same as BW+/HTF. Since BW+/HTF is considered a total workout, wouldn’t BW+/2nd half of TLB be a total workout also? Just wondering! :D If you don’t think it justifies a total workout, I’ll do the whole TLB like I did yesterday.

One more question, I am having problems with several of my DVDs skipping. I guess that is what you call it; maybe stalling out is a better word. I have cleaned the DVD player which did not help at all. Is there anything else I can do outside of buying new workout DVDs?

I really like the new Habit Former Format. Thank you for all your encouraging words and expert advice.

BWO+ and the TLB would count as a full workout for track 2 - no problem.

Have you tried cleaning the DVDs themselves? How old are they? If they are newish, please do contact the T-Tapp office and let them know.

Yipee!! I really like that combination. :D:D

Kristen, I didn't know you could clean the DVDs. I'll ask at Staples tomorrow and see if they can get me what I need. My DVDs are about a year old, but I only used them consistently for about six months. I laid off of T-Tapp for a while, and when I started back the B/R DVD started skipping. The first half of TLB is now stalling out. This is such a drag! :( Hopefully, cleaning will make them all like new!

Thanks,
Peggy[:p]

Hey Curly-Top! I just clean DVDs with soft dishsoap and water; then dry them with a soft cloth; same with CDs. They tend to get oil buildup from fingers and dust clings to same and thus....the skip! If this doesn't take care of the problem, and your DVD player is in good condition, then definitely follow through with a call.

Thanks Lani, I'll give it a try.

I do have a couple of questions - when I clean the DVDs with the soft dishing washing soap (is dawn considered soft?), do I use a soft rag with the soap or just my fingers? This may sound silly, but I DO NOT want to do anything to mess up my T-Tapp DVDs. I am very protective of them, and the thought of me ruining my workout DVDs gives me the hebby-jebbies!!

Peggy :)

Peggy,

Those DVDs are more resilient than we might think! You can use just your fingers (yes Dawn liquid soap should be fine) yet sometimes there is persistent debris and I'll use a cotton cloth; just don't scrub with anything scratchy!

To gain confidence, you might want to just find a CD or two that look like they might need a cleaning and wash them. You'll get the hang of it, then you can try one of your DVDs. I've never ruined any CDs or DVDs by giving them a bath like this and if all they need is a cleaning, then this should do the trick.

Let me know how it goes!
