ttapp and thyroid???

I am 45, mother of 5 daughters and I have a thyroid nodule...I think my thyroid tests come back normal but I think I have a problem anyway.
I have gained 18 pounds since January...I haven't changed my routine...too much
Anyone no if TTapp helps a sluggish thyroid?

Yes, it will help. Many of the moves in T-Tapp, particularly the first move called PBS, are very beneficial to the thyroid.
