Saturday - Short: PBS 1/2 HTF and some serious aerobic house cleaning before the party.

Sunday - Short: BWO+

Monday 2 Longs: Tempo Arms and HTF

Today was devine...didn´t walk tho, but did buy some MBT shoes, so think my foot-woe days are over.
TWO..still a killer for me as have NO balance now at all.

ok...I guess I was supposed to post here yesterday...oopsie...I did a step class in the morning and SATI in the evening. PBS before both. It sounds like a lot, but the step class was a short one...so that was a short day for me. I brushed and didnt drink enough water but did eat GM
